What is up with YouTube? [1]

Recently, just because I was board and stuck at home with nothing to do, I have started watching YouTube short videos. Now in the past I have watched some of them, and occasionally you would see a video of someone that was espousing what I can only describe as GOP talking points. However, they were few and far between. However, recently there seems to be a ton of them. Now I know that Mom’s For Liberty is trying to take over the school boards and I know that GOP operatives are working plans to make anti-trans laws, and anti-CRT laws, or shall we just call them for what they are, white supremacist laws. But I am not sure where these are coming from. I also know that Russia is doing everything they can to interfere with our elections. But honestly, these are menacing and while some are subtle and seem to be made to influence people’s opinions, others are just despicable. I thought maybe I was being targeted for some reason, so I cleared my search and watched history, deleted the YouTube cookies, and even logged in thru a VPN, but still every other video is despicable GOP talking point, PragerU, anti-blue state, anti-LGBTQ, anti-ANTIFA, anti-CRT, anti-anything a normal democrat would see as good. It has been like this for several days now and I am pissed off, so much that I am adding YouTube.com to my host file and blocking all traffic from them. This is just ridiculous.
