Another Biden Administration victory with the FCC finally at 5 members thanks to the Senate confirming Anna Gomez today. Gomez takes the seat originally set for Gigi Sohn until Joe Manchin and others scuttled the nomination. Voting to confirm were 5 Republicans and all Democrats present. www.cnbc.com/…

This is another big F-ing deal for the advancement of Biden’s agenda and I figured people would like good news given the never-ending onslaught of posts about GOP craziness, Trump behavior, etc. We need to celebrate Democratic wins.
