Here is a summary of all court events (updated Sep/5/23)
September 5 to Sept. 6, 2023 estimated range
Trump under oath for deposition in a lawyer's office in Miami. The U.S. District
Court for Southern Florida is involved. This is because Trump sued former
lawyer Michael Cohen for alleged lying, alleged profiting, and attorney-client
privilege alleged violation. Trump wants $500,000,000 from Cohen.
Sept. 6, 2023
Arraignment in Georgia waived by Trump and some others of the 19 alleged
co-conspirators. They plead not guilty without appearing. Some not waived,
yet. For alleged RICO racketeering conspiracy of fake electors, tampering
with voting machines, alleged criminal intimidation actions against poll
workers, and extorsion of an official to get 11,780 votes. Fani Willis, District
Attorney (DA). Scott McAfee, Fulton County Superior Court Judge.
(Giuliani lost the defamation civil lawsuit that was filed by those poll
workers).
October 2, 2023 trial
New York Attorney General Leticia James sues for alleged fraud by several
Trumps for their business applying for insurance and loans allegedly with
Zurich American Insurance Company, Wilmington Savings Funds Society
(WSFS Delaware bank), allegedly Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas,
allegedly Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., and allegedly Ladder Capital.
Civil lawsuit for $250 Million. Judge Arthur F. Engoron.
Statute of limitations:
7 years = 3 year debt collection + 4 years as President.
Any debt after Sept. 1, 2016 is collectable, apparently, to a layman, me.
October 23, 2023
Trial of Kenneth Chesebro in RICO-Trump conspiracy in Georgia. Chesebro
asked for a speedy trial, and it is now scheduled. All 19 RICO defendants
may also get 10/23/23 date for trial, together or separately in up to 19 trials.
See above for 9/6/23 arraignment. Voters need to know if Trump is innocent
before the 2024 election.
2023 expected date
Trump’s Russia-related deposition will now go forward. Civil lawsuit by past
FBI employees Page and Strozk against the Justice Department. The Justice
Department sought to block Trump from being compelled to answer
questions about the handling of text messages. Trump will give a
deposition about FBI attorney Lisa Page and FBI agent Peter Strzok.
The two-hour deposition is due to Trump’s repeated public statements
about the pair. Allegedly, Trump pressured the Justice
Department to retaliate against them after the investigation of Russian
interference in the 2016 presidential election. A three-judge panel of the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit is allowing the deposition. Trump’s
deposition will now go forward, as of the approximately Sept. 1, 2023 Court
decision.

January 15, 2024 trial
Plaintiff: writer E. Jean Carroll. Federal lawsuit against Trump for an alleged
defamation event. Carroll wants $10 million (in addition to the $5 million
she already got for a separate defamation.) Judge Lewis Kaplan is on the
United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
January 29, 2024
Trial for Federal class-action lawsuit about American Communications
Network(ACN Opportunity, LLC) video-phone product sales with alleged
pyramid scheme and get-rich-quick fraud by Trump Corporation. Eric
Trump slated to testify on May 12, 2022 and Donald Trump, Jr. on
May 10, 2022. Ivanka, too. Attorneys for the plaintiffs include EMERY
CELLI BRINCKERHOFF ABADY WARD & MAAZEL. Judge Lorna G.
Schofield, US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
March 4, 2024,
Trial for conspiracies that resulted in the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol insurrection.
Judge Tanya Chutkin and a jury will hear about Trump trying to allegedly
subvert the peaceful transfer of power to Joseph Biden in Washington DC.
Indicted for alleged conspiracy to defraud the U.S., conspiracy to obstruct
an official proceeding, obstruction, and conspiracy against the right to vote
and to have one’s vote counted. Jack Smith is the prosecutor.
March 25, 2024
Criminal trial. New York DA Alvin Leonard Bragg Jr. alleges Trump falsified
business records to hide a hush money payment to Stormy Daniels.
Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen sent $130,000 to Daniels so the story
would not be printed, allegedly in the National Enquirer, right before the
2016 election. Trump allegedly reimbursed Cohen. Judge Juan Merchan
is overseeing the case.
May 20, 2024
Federal trial of Trump in Florida for defense documents and top secret
documents alleged defiant retention, conspiracy, and written lies. The
Espionage Act. Judge Aileen Cannon allegedly has bias favoring Trump.
Prosecutor is Jack Smith.
Total maximum prison time for Donald John Trump: 740 years.
Coming attractions! False elector conspiracy State trials in Nevada,
Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, (but not in New Mexico
state court, but maybe Federal). Trials 2025-2031, estimated by a
layperson.
