A federal judge dismissed a Florida lawsuit seeking to have Trump declared ineligible for presidency because the individuals lacked standing. At some moment legal matters or legislative bodies may clarify the mechanism under which Trump can be declared ineligible whether it’s inclusion on ballots or class action.
