My favorite part is she sounds so happy singing “there's gonna be a fight”.

I enjoyed this tasty non-beer drink this week, a Mai Tai from Cutwater Spirits. I grabbed one on my last trip to Total Wine and it’s good stuff. Canned cocktails with real liquor are a growing thing, getting more shelf space in stores possibly at the expense of beer, and brewers are getting into this business since they already have canning lines. Not all of them are good; one previous try was a pour-it-out bad Bloody Mary, from a brewer whose beer I like.
I’m starting with the beer pictured at top, Watermelon Funk sour ale from 21st Amendment, San Leandro CA. 21st Amendment is one of the beer world’s biggest watermelon fans. “Hell or High Watermelon” is one of their flagship brews and an old favorite of mine, they were co-brewers of the Watermelon Pulp I talked about last week (with their San Leandro neighbors Fieldwork), and they also do this watermelon sour.
