It turns out, as it has for a long time, that
Wrong-Wing overreach is our best weapon in the next election cycle.
They are still driving out a third of their own children, and now they are going after their own women and elders. Ken Ham of answers in Genesis has publicly lamented that that fraction could rise to 60%.
As hpg and others constantly remind us, our prospects in 2024 are excellent. (Remember, repetition is good. I repeat, repetition is good.)
We are beating back voter suppression in the courts and through GOTV.
The DOJ has plans to arrest another thousand election terrorists.
Several states are asserting a right to prosecute fake electors and other such criminals.
Dems are getting our messages out.
Rs are no longer in disarray—It’s total chaos and fog of internal civil war now.
And there’s plenty more where that came from.
But today I am focusing on Biden campaign news, in part because the Doom & Gloom Brigade has been so obnoxious with complaints that Biden doesn’t know how to campaign, and is going to lose this election and the country and the planet. Keep in mind that the other side makes a lot of our best campaign ads.
After we turn out and vote next year, we won’t have to take this any more.

New York state AG Letitia James is asking for partial summary judgment in the $2.2 billion Trump fraud case. She wants a fine of $250 million, and a block on the Trump Organization operating in New York.
Based on the undisputed evidence, no trial is required for the court to determine that defendants grossly and materially inflated asset values.
That undisputed evidence includes Trump’s own deposition, in which he actually admitted that there was fraud, but claimed “Not often”.
The GLOAT is asking for the entire suit to be dismissed. As if.

NBC News: Some Houston school libraries will become disciplinary spaces
in a hostile state takeover of the immense and diverse district in increasingly Blue Harris County.
The superintendent's plan will cut library jobs at 28 schools and turn some libraries into “Team Centers” for students removed from class for disciplinary reasons. In the upcoming school year, the Houston Independent School District will eliminate librarian positions at more than two dozen schools and use some of the libraries as centers for students who have been removed from their classrooms for disciplinary reasons. The changes are part of superintendent Mike Miles’ plan called New Education System, an effort to reform a district plagued by low reading levels and standardized test scores. Under the new system, librarians at at least 28 schools will transition into other roles within the district and some of the libraries will be used as “Team Centers,” where students removed from class due to behavioral issues can join the lessons virtually, the district announced.
