Photo Diary: Downtown Aquarium, Denver [1]

This very nice aquarium is, as the name says, right in downtown Denver. I always like looking at fishies.
Some photos from a visit. Alas, most of the fishies were not ID’d. Some of them I know. The rest are ID’d by Google Images—so it’s Google’s fault if they got it wrong.
For those who don't know, I live in a converted campervan and travel around the country, posting photo diaries of places that I visit.
The Downtown Aquarium
Inside the Aquarium
Guitarfish
Many of the tanks had baby Sea Stars
A lovely anemone
Stingray touch tank
This one was ID’d as a Crappie. He seemed interested in my camera.
This one was ID’d as a Texas Cichlid. It is apparently the only cichlid fish in North America.
This is ID’d as a Popeye Catalufa
This was ID’d as a Greenback Cutthroat Trout
Google says this is a Blacknose Butterflyfish (I know it is SOME kind of butterflyfish)
Google says this is a Clown Grouper
Google was all over the map with this one
Google says this is a Black Sea Bass
Google says this is a sea bass, but can’t decide which species
Google says this is a Tigerfish
I don’t why there are snakes in an Aquarium, but there you go. This is an Australian Woma python.
I know this is a Flounder, but I don’t know what species
I know this is a Bamboo Shark
I know this is a Wolf Eel
The blue ones are Surgeonfish, the big stripey ones are Pennant Fish
