What do Trump and Manson have in common? Both were largely ignored by their mothers. Trump’s mother was largely invisible, disregarded, and disrespected in her own home. At least Trump was given a name, whereas Manson was called Noname Maddox. Manson's mother sold him for a pitcher of beer. Both Trump and Manson had a man in their life. Trump had a father in his life, and Maddox had an uncle who searched for, and retrieved him from the couple who had purchased Noname Maddox for a pitcher of beer. Neither Trump or Manson ever killed anyone. Manson sought out folks who felt forgotten, even by their own immediate family. The same type of people who Trump claimed he would represent if elected. Manson recruited and manipulated others to do the killing for him. Trump recruited others to storm the Capital resulting in at least five deaths, some say seven. (Two Trump supporters died of a heart attack while participating in J6, one was shot, Officer Sicknick died that night, one Trump supporter died from a drug overdose, and two Capital Police Officers committed suicide within 7 days of J6). The Manson family also killed seven.
Bottom Line: Trump and Manson both manipulated others into doing their dirty work by using the English language to both compliment them, and then invoke fear into them. Both Trump and Manson saw themselves as Godlike creatures, as perfect, and their followers agreed with this belief. For both Manson and Trump, their followers who committed crimes were reluctant to turn on their Cult Leader. And both Trump and Manson believed any sacrifice by others for their benefit, was justified.
Trump and Manson both racists, re-interpreted media to manipulate the truth. For Manson, it was the White Album by the Beatles, and for Trump it was anything about Blacks. Truth made no difference as we saw in in Trump’s prosecution of the Central Park Five, as we see in his calling first Judge Curiel a racist, and now saying virtually the same about Letitia James and Alvin Bragg in New York, Judge Chutkin in Washington D.C., and Fani Willis in Georgia.
Charles Manson was trying to start a race war. Trump saw those making that same call as fine people.
The crimes of Manson, and the charges against Trump have riveted the nation. Manson got life. Trump will be nearly 78 by the time his trials are concluded. Whatever if any sentence he receives, may well amount to life.
