Elementary School Bomb Threat [1]

One of my local elementary schools, Chabot Elementary, was on lockdown this morning due to a bomb threat. The Oakland PD swept the site and found no explosive device and the school has reopened. It’s speculated that the threat came from a right-winger triggered by an affinity playdate that a “major conservative account” tweeted about.
The group putting on the playdate, Chabot Equity & Inclusion Committee, had this to say to KRON4:
“Not only have we been continuously getting hate mails, the school has been receiving calls nonstop and Trump supporters and other unhinged racists have been spreading the school’s info by posting the address of our kids’ school for the whole internet to see. We have received a threat that has triggered an investigation by OPD which is now being considered a hate crime.”
Whether or not this threat came from MAGAstan, does it ever occur to these snowflakes that it’s their hate that in part drives the need for inclusion events, a place where people can feel safe, respected, and valued?
