It's obviously not a real person, but a wax figure from some cheap, generic, Florida roadside Madame Tusssaud's. Many people have noted the bizarre lighting on this supposed "mugshot.” That sort of strong, direct, one-sided lighting is unheard of in mugshot photography. Why this special lighting for this picture? Are they perhaps trying to disguise the poorly textured skin and obscure the clumsily inserted hairs? I must say that the poorly done airbrushed orange-tone fails to cover the temples just like the real guy's poorly applied spray tan. Nearly fooled me, and I've done airbrush work professionally. The thing is—
They took so long posing the damn thing, adjusting that hot lamp, that it had begun to melt!
Just look at how the entire left side of his face has begun to slump, to droop in the heat!
Folks have noted that one of his eyes looks bigger— geez! and you can't see the enormous glob of drooping wax under that eye? His lower eyelid is melting off! Of course that eye looks bigger. Look at that sharp, Benedict Cumberbatch-esque cheek bone on his left cheek! Since when did this guy have such pronounced cheek bones? It's the wax sloughing off, exposing the framework! Just have another look at that hideously drooping side of his mouth and tell me that's not melting wax. That’s not all lighting, that's droop! Practically about to start dripping off the squashed chin.
