Ted, do you realize that all your efforts to mitigate negative press for Trump as well as downplay the seriousness - and *ACTUALITY* - of the crimes is akin to providing "aid & comfort" to the insurrectionists? @TedCruz, you don't seem to realize no #Verdict is required. 14th S3 Have you received your first #targetletter yet, Ted? If not, don't worry: it'll be there soon. By the way: do you recall learning the term #ConsciousnessOfGuilt in law school? If not, you might want to look it up. Any prosecutor (or average citizen) reviewing your ongoing statements, podcasts, & political theater through such a lense would see a clearly defined pattern. You participated in planning, coordinating, & executing fraud & played a direct role of #Incitement on Jan 6th. You are Constitutionally barred from state & federal elected office yet continue to commit fraudulent representation in gov, further violating your oath of office. The ppl of #Texas should force your removal & exclusion from ballots, & push your expulsion from Congress. It's not just the patriotic thing to do: It's the law, set forth in the Constitution.
