This will have an impact on the recording deletions among other things including Nauta and Previous Guy, as cover-ups are worse than crimes. Yuscil Taveras could become the John W. Dean of Nixonian ‘plumbers’. Perhaps the server room flood will garner an insurance fraud beef as well.
"Immediately after receiving new counsel, Trump Employee 4 retracted his prior false testimony and provided information that implicated Nauta, De Oliveira, and Trump in efforts to delete security camera footage...".
They gave him deadlines. He refused. Lied. Had his lawyers lie. Had his butler lie. Had his employees lie. Had them try to flood the server room. Said on tv that they are "His" lol. He did not negotiate. That's pure silliness. He's a big boy. He can defend himself in court
