Trump "President in Exile", no jail time [1]

When Trump "checks in" to the Fulton County jail next week, dark reality will finally settle on him. The jail is dirty, worn, and very, very real. Not at all like his strut into the New York or the South Florida "venues."

Add to this the recent neutralizing of "loose Cannon" by Jack Smith through a calculated strategy to push her court date into irrelevance. Her rope a dope stall will mean nothing as her court date gets pushed so far out she will be last to start. By then, Trump will go through at least one trial and be headed to jail.

Smith looked at the big picture strategically while Cannon continued her game of chutes and ladders. Cannon is so incompetent; she thinks stall stall stall will work. Yet her stalls are so lame, and she is just building the case for her eventual ouster as a judge. Smith engineered the stall to now work in his (and OUR) favor.

Smith's brilliance is shown in his filing Garcia motions, getting her to back off of the "open" CIPA hearing and in general, outplaying her at every turn. Very much more to come from his team.

But what will Trump do? As he, for the fourth time, gets ink on his tiny fingers and, for the first time, gets a mug shot, this will settle in even more. (I want that mug shot tee.)

Reality is starting to beat on him now as he has stopped pounding the keys off his failing social media ripoff platform. In the good old days (last week), he would have been shouting in all caps to meet him next week at his arraignment in Fulton County to protest the "unfairness" of it all. The polls also reflect the reality setting in on his My Ass Gets Arrested cult members.

If he finally realizes he can't win these lawsuits, he sure as hell will NOT, under any circumstances, go to jail for years or even a minute. He WILL NOT GO TO JAIL.

So what is his recourse? The only place that will take him is Russia. Trump's national security value is zilch, but his propaganda value is enormous. Trump has the wherewithal to go; he still has his private jets, passport, and lots of money. DOJ is not going to freeze his accounts or take his passport. Scary thought is Trump becoming a "president in exile" in Russia.
