Lock Him Up And Charge Admission [1]

Many articles, outlets, and pundits are engaging in both real & performative hand-wringing over the question of what to do with Donald and friends when they’re convicted of their crimes.
They can be imprisoned in a real prison. They don’t need to go to an existing prison. And they certainly shouldn’t be allowed to remain out on “permanent house arrest.”
The answer is pretty straighforward: repurpose one of Trump’s existing properties (I suggest Bedminster) as a new Federal Penitentiary. Add a real prison block to it, and build a wall — with guard towers — around it. It would be home to the newly incarcerated high-profile former government & state official(s), along with their other cronies from other walks of life, while avoiding the existing populations of existing prisons.
The rest of the property could be converted into a national monument.
Has Trump created a Presidential Library yet? As far as I know, the answer is “no.” This could be a golden opportunity: make the national monument portion of the new federal penitentiary into the Trump Presidential Library for Constitutional Law, Justice, and Democracy. Charge a reasonable admission to help defray costs. Any monies exceeding the required operating budget would be parsed into national civics education and oversight of state and federal courts and legislatures.
It’s a win-win-win: You can lock Trump up in a real prison, build a wall, and resolve the sticky question of an official Trump Presidential Library.
And the nation gets a National Monument where students can learn why corruption, fascism, and sedition are bad on top of it all.
