I haven't seen this posted anywhere yet so I wanted to share it. Something to laugh at in addition to the joke of a trial date request in D.C. I got the link to this from TPM.
TFG is basically whining that the Special Counsel is being mean to him, and disrespectful to Judge Cannon.
This is truly hilarious!
A couple of quotes:
"We believe it appropriate to alert the Court that the Special Counsel’s proposed schedule in the D.C. Case is in direct conflict with the schedule ordered by Your Honor in this case, a fact conveniently left out of the brief submitted by the Special Counsel to the D.C. Court."
"We are separately seeking appropriate relief from Judge Chutkan, as noted in Exhibit 2, and we respectfully request Your Honor order the Special Counsel to explain its reasoning for arguing for a pretrial and trial schedule in the D.C. Case that conflicts directly with this Court's current trial schedule.”
It seems like TFG is trying to help Jack Smith get more evidence for a recusal request to the the 11th Circuit Court, by, once again, having Cannon interfere with another judges court case.
