Unable to do what NATO probably could not have done (Can you imagine the protest over the casualties if our troops were dying? Have you seen an article about how we would have achieved air dominance without nuclear war?), Ukraine is pursuing the primary objective of an army: destroy the enemy army. And they are doing it well. This is, as noted by Kos columnists, a war of attrition. It is a war similar to what Grant fought against Lee and the South. Some observers are writing that Ukraine cannot win such a war. That is not true. Grant clearlu won and the Ukraine can win in these conditions:
