This Vent-Hole (hereinafter known as IVH) if lost or stolen will not be replaced or purchase price refunded. Violation of IVH rules will result in expulsion without refund. Hiya everybody, how was your weekend?

The weather’s been spectacular, sunny and warm. I had a quick beachy walk Sunday morning. In the afternoon my niece was married amongst the redwoods in the Santa Cruz Mountains south of here. It was a sweet occasion with heartfelt vows written by the happy couple. D.D. and her boyfriend and I spent last night in a cabin in the woods with a little creek burbling beyond the front porch. The rustic "resort" had a shed full of games and puzzles, and we played Apples to Apples late into the night, drinking some awful fruity whiskey and laughing like loons. This morning we got up early and drove back home, north, along the coast.

p.s. Hey Montana! Congratulations on your constitutional right to a healthful environment and the young folks who succeeded in upholding it in court!

Addendum: in late-breaking news, a passel of low-life criminals have been indicted in Georgia on racketeering charges. The sweep of this one is admirable: everyone from TFG, Meadows and Ghouliani's band of scum-sucking lawyers to Kanye's scuzzy election-worker intimidater friend to the clowns messing with voting machines in Coffee County. Wouldn't it make a pretty picture to see them all in prison?
