Judge Chutkan Warns Trump's Lawyers While Issuing A Partial Protective Order. What's Next? [1]

I can’t find the link to this yet, Harry Litman, a legal analyst for MSNBC, outlined the next few legal steps when dealing with Trump’s “FUCK YOU!” to the court. I think most people agree that Trump will violate the partial protective order (only adheres to classified information shared with Trump’s lawyers). Here is what Litman said the sequence of legal events might be:
Trump violates initial protective order (tries to intimidate witnesses).
Judge Chutkan issues broader protective order.
Trump violates protective order with more intimidation and theats against witnesses.
Judge Chutkan issues GAG order.
Trump screams bloody murder and continues to threaten witnesses.
Judge Chutkan calls Trump in and gives him a warning (This step repeated several more times).
(This step repeated several more times). Trump continues to give Judge Chutkan and the court the middle finger salute.
Sometime after several futile attempts at warnings go unheeded, Judge Chutkan orders pre-trial detention for Trump.
In other words, Judge Chutkan is going to be more than fair with Trump, and it will be a high hurdle for Trump to end up in any kind of pre-trial detention.
Some other analyts think that pre-trial detention may not actually ever happen. This is because Judge Chutkan realizes the severity of this case, and she does not want any delays. So how to keep Trump in line? There is a possibility that when Trump violates a court ruling she simply keeps moving the date of the trial to an EARLIER one. I’m not sure of the legal logistics of this, but given that Trump has two weeks to prove his contempt for the court, at the August 28th court date Judge Chutkan may simply move the start of the trial before January 2nd date requested by Jack Smith.
Everyone and their brother knows that Trump wants to delay, delay, delay, and then delay some more any of his numerous trials until after the November 2024 Election. Therefore, Chutkan knows this too, and her best possible weapon to modify Trump’s behavior is with a trial that starts this year instead of next.
Is this possible? And if so, will it work? No idea on the first question, but I will make a prediction on the second. NO! Trump will continue political attacks on the court because he has gotten away with no accountability for 50 years. This is all he knows, and a 77 year old dog who thinks he is above the law will not learn a new trick.
Anyway, I’m sure the federal courts are going to have a learning lesson of their own when it comes to bending over backwards for a former president. I hope that Judge Chutkan is a fast learner.
