Some of the best writing on the Trump charges have come from Teri Kanefield, author of more than a dozen books; more than 50 articles, essays, and stories in mainstream outlets; and hundreds of appellate briefs.” She recently co-wrote “A Firehose of Falsehood,” the story of disinformation. Her weekly posts do an excellent job of breaking down the latest indictments and other developments.
She does a rare midweek post today, Trump’s Social Media Postings, responding to her commenters who wonder why Trump has not been immediately jailed. I was alerted to it by Empty Wheel, Marcy Wheeler, also one of the most respected commenters on these matters.
