Starting off in the Bistro Cafe, Trump’s lawyer was only being aspirational when he dissembled on all the Sunday shows while Trump continued to lash out at the special counsel and the judge.
Then, on the rest of the menu, a Black man in Alabama filed a lawsuit against white locals who changed the locks on city hall and shut off review of the small town’s bank account after he won the mayor’s race; two conservative groups sued to block the recent Biden plan canceling $39 billion in student loans; and, Oregon extended its crab fishing restrictions to protect whales from getting caught in crab pot trap ropes.
After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where the extremist far-right Alternative for Germany party declared the European Union a “failed project;” and, German police are investigating the antisemitic motive in an attack on an Israeli tourist in Berlin.
