Sunday Morning Open Thread: Music by the Mamas and the Papas [1]

Good morning, Folks.

I just had a little scare. Here it is, Thursday night, and I don’t have anything in the queue for this Sunday’s Morning Open Thread. I woke up just before 11:00 PM only to find the power was out yet again. That alone wasn’t anything to be alarmed about. Light candles, feed the cats, stuff like that. However, when the power came back on I couldn’t get this computer started. I eventually got booted up by holding down the on/off button on the machine until the screen got a signal.

I guess the moral of that story is always keep a couple diaries in the queue. That, or have access to another computer.

Also, keep a couple gallons of potable water on hand. You never know.
