Let's talk about JUST SHUT UP!

The First Amendment to the US Constitution provides 5 Freedoms:

Freedom of speech

Freedom of the Press

Freedom of Religion

Freedom of Assembly; and

Right to Petition the government.

Trump has all these rights but these rights have limits. Freedom of speech does not include the right to commit Fraud, or to conspire to rob a bank, to threaten or assault another individual, to shout "Fire" in a crowded theater.

What is the purpose of Freedom of Speech without the Right to Vote ?

What is the purpose of Freedom of the Press without the Right to Vote?

What is the purpose of the Freedom of Assembly without the Right to Vote?

What is the purpose of the Right to Petition the government without the Right to Vote?

Are there limits to the Right to Vote? Of course. Convicted felons should have their right to Vote restricted. They should not be permitted to vote as a part of their sentence - a standard condition.

Trump has the right to run for President because Republican senators did not have the courage and morality to impeach him.

But, trump does not have the right to disparage the Judge, to threaten prosecutors and witnesses, to intimidate witnesses.

Go ahead trump. Conduct your campaign. Tell your followers your plans to weaponize the DOJ. Tell MAGA about your ideas for your imperial presidency. Tell all Americans about your plans to end American Democracy

But, no more threats. Don't talk about your trials. Don't disparage Judges, prosecutors, the American system of Justice.

Trump, talk about your campaign - it's all about you.

But, No more threats, lies and disparagement of American jurisprudence.
