WE'RE ABOUT TO SEE 'THAT BIG GUY' -THE ONE WHO ALWAYS "HAD TEARS IN HIS EYES" [1]

Golly, that didn’t take long. I’ve never experienced a ‘New York Minute’ but I think the guy running for his life against the best president in our lifetimes (according to economic numbers and achievements) ‘is about to find out.’

Not only did Joe Biden whoop Trumps generous backside, he did in with an historical record Thumping. He’s got humor, style, plenty of great people working for him, ‘the best people’ actually… and he’s been letting people in his administration do their thing. And Jack Smith is about to do his thing to the guy who posts social media threats to potential witnesses: Tell the Court to Lock Him Up!

Now. To be sure: we all know Trump was indicted this week and expressly cautioned by the arraigning judge that she was not going to put up with any malarkey. (okay, give her creds for using legal terminology) But the point is, it’s rare to see a judge give such admonitions to a defendant in any case, let alone a criminal one. AND...In a Federal Court. (that’s the stuff reserved for mob bosses)

At his arraignment the presiding Judge let Trump know straight up: there would be no tolerance for the defendant’s witness intimidation .

And then: bad-a-boom!, Whomp: there it goes!

He went and did that thing REALLY DUMB criminals do: GAVE THE COURT THE MIDDLE FINGER. (Plus he did it in big bold letters across social media and around the world) This is the biggest thing Trump has ever done: it’s going to be his Legacy.

Now, I’ve seen a lot of pissed gunny sergeants and a few pissed judges, but none of you nor I have seen what is coming this week for Defendant Trump. KEEPING IT REAL: HE’S. GONNA. BE. LOCKED. UP.

All judges expect their Orders to be followed. When they are not, they want to set an example, and ensure no one gets perky in their Court any time soon.

The Stable Genius (insert horse whinny) simply cannot control the evil within, and gave the Court a clear challenge which any judge would take as a severe affront. Federal Judges, well they are unique in that they have all the judges upstairs in the Federal Court system backing them up with the ‘Dignity of the Court Rule’. They expect no exceptions to be made for any one. Including the most criminally charged politician in history. Here are the options:

Verbally berate him and reiterate the Rules, and all those judges upstairs clutch their pearls and pacemakers.

Give him pretrial confinement for a week, and they all let out a sigh of relief and clear their throats, Bang their gavels in support.

That’s how our system works. And Donald is about to find out.
