Win or lose, the prosecution is already doing MASSIVE damage to Trump & GOP - it's the finances [1]

Donald Trump is currently facing three indictments, with a fourth one, to be be brought by Fani Willis, well on the way. Whether he is ultimately convicted or not, it has become clear that right NOW, the prosecutions and massive legal expenditures and time costs associated with defending against them are taking a big toll on the Trump campaign, its finances and through subsequent effects, the GOP. The most recent tell is buried in this typical Trump-salad:

Did you catch it? “Resources that would have gone into Ads and Rallies, will now have to be spent fighting… in numerous courts...” He is HURTING financially, and it shows. He’s supposed to be a billionaire with billionaire donors and friends… as is the GOP. Yet, if you're in market for Xbox games, you might be richer than some state GOP orgs:
One of the things Trump has done with his almost 7 years atop the GOP that doesn't get talked about often is he has remade the way money and donations flow within the GOP. Particularly, small donor money that would have gone to state or nation orgs, or other candidates, goes to him, his PACs and the various other semi-criminal political and financial entities he has under his control, leaving other aspects of the GOP beast starved for cash and resources. Despite this hoarding, he is burning through tens of millions on lawyers and legal fees.
With some state republican parties having a few dozen bucks to their name, and Trump burning through cash, the situation will be dire for them, come election time. With a piece titled Trump has spent millions more than he’s raised in 2023, Politico shows us that even the small-money rubes Trump fleeces online and during his carnival stops town to town, are giving less money and each subsequent indictment brings in less small donor enthusiasm. Financially, and therefore in terms of election chances, real damage is being done, and the fact that Trump is publicly complaining about something strategists and consultants would definitely prefer he keep internally, and that any rational candidate would shows its hurting them bad. That alone is already a massive benefit of the criminal investigations and prosecutions of Trump, family and associates. Any time these assholes have to spend time and money defending themselves, its less time and money they have to inflict damage on our Republic, and Cheers to that!
