Happy Indictment Day [1]

It finally happened. Today Donald Trump, the Ex-guy, facing a growing number of criminal indictments, was forced to enter yet another plea about his weak claims of innocence in a DC courtroom. This time it was regarding his January 6th schemes to block the free and fair presidential election he badly lost in 2020.

Because of his criminal actions before, during and after that vote, he flew into Dulles Airport and was driven by his security guard to be arrested, fingerprinted and forced to enter a plea. This is not because of anything he ever said that was untrue. It's because of his efforts to destroy the US Constitution and our way of life with illegal acts and criminal behaviors against our laws, our government, and our Constitution.

Many of my friends have concluded that the Biggest Loser’s millions of supporters are somewhat like him. Liars, racists, anti-law supporters of corrupt leaders of their MAGA Cult. They are living off the government benefits from Biden and the Democratic Party Congress in terms of welfare while supporting and admiring their weakling role model, Donald Trump, their guy is also living off the government and will for the rest of his miserable life. He now has paid or yet owes some $40 million in legal fees from just the past two years. Much, much, more for his earlier crimes. When considering what I'm assuming is over $100 million in legal expenses required by various American government agents in NY, FL, DC, GA, MI, etc. to investigate and prosecute his criminal actions, like any other citizen, the cost figures are even more.

Whether Trumpistas call themselves loyal Americans, decent citizens, and/or “religious people of faith” who support Trump, the “Anointed One,” they are obviously confused, or are also corrupt. A few declare they are intellectual geniuses who support Trump. But in reality many of them are merely confused or phony creatures. You don't need a PhD or a law degree to know what crime is. I've studied Trump for decades, given lectures about him across the world, as well as in my own teaching in of MBA courses. I've observed his increasing dishonesty and subversion of the very foundations of our society as Americans through the years. Today’s followers who voted for him in 2016, and again in 2020, are “simply fools,” as my lifelong GOP neighbor says. Folks who never did their homework. Long after Donnie is dead, the “sins of their father,” Trump, will continue being crushed upon believers, his supporters, “children” of the same Right Wing “leader.” People blinded by fake declarations who empathize with their hero’s sad little “victimhood.”

Trump’s indictments today, August 3, 2023, are nothing new. None of the previous indictments are new. His previous two impeachments as president were but a foreshadowing of the greater corruption and criminality to come. Whether the GOP stands with him until he's jailed, or not, who knows? But they sure seem to like his fake suffering. Maybe it’s some kind of ignorant empathy.

Meanwhile, Donald tries to twist the truth of each crime he’s discovered to commit with overwhelming evidence by blaming others: It’s the Democrats’ fault. “They made me do it!” It’s Joe Biden’s fault. No, it’s Hunter Biden’s fault. Or it’s because of Nancy Pelosi. Or his VP, Mike Pence. Or Adam Schiff. Or Liz Cheney. Or his AG, Bill Barr. Or the dozens of former staff and Republican hirelings who finally testified to the truth of Trump’s actions.

I hope there are speedy trials for the most important legal filings in U.S. history. We know he’s running for president again, only to become a worse loser among all important U.S. politicians. He began running for office early in hopes of avoiding jail.

I pray that the truth will prevail, and that justice is forthcoming.

I hope when the final decisions are made and he goes to prison, that he’s assigned to a dark cell far away. The perfect location? Guantanamo, the place where other anti-American terrorists are confined, at a distance beyond America’s shores. That would be the perfect jail cell. He deserves one that is dark and isolated so no humans will be exposed to his deranged rantings. Nor his never-ending law-breaking. There Trump can whine to the rats and other rodents on the island of Cuba, far from our native land. Many such creatures may ultimately become the true base of his future Republican Party. Varmint pests of various kinds.
