Giving Aid and Comfort to an Insurrection [1]

Hey y’all, my first time writing on here, and im not a particularly GOOD writer, so bear with me please…

I’m also not a Legal Scholar or an expert on Constitutional Law, and maybe naively missing what seems to me like the Neon Rainbow Elephant in the Room. Could somebody way smarter than I on here please explain why what seem like a couple obvious no-brainers are not included in the latest indictment?

1: Violating Oath of Office. 3-ish hours of some seriously entertaining TV in the Whitehouse dining room enjoying an insurrection in the Capitol in your name while everybody from your own CHILDREN, to your own ADVISORS, LAWYERS, and who knows how many congresspeeps from your OWN party are blowing up your and your Chief of Staff’s phones begging you to call off the mob you incited. Way to protect that Constitution and its functions bro, and...

2: Giving Aid and Comfort to an Insurrection. besides that whole plot to overthrow the US government and end the peaceful transfer of power thing, when the b*tch finally DID release a televised statement, it was all “thanks, you guys are great patriots and all, this is just what happens when someone tried to steal my election that was totally “STOLLEN” and all, we LOVE you, etc etc blah blah...” Sounds pretty comforting to a bunch of insurrectionists to me, amirite?

MTG and Cawthorn got some flack on that last one for far less. Really seems like kindof a screamingly easy one to prove, not to mention a super-great way to keep this danger of Global Proportions out of office for good. wouldnt that help us all sleep a little easier?

So...what am i missing here?
