MSNBC — corroborating, says Trump has been indicted on 4 counts.
On MSNBC, Andrew Weissmann is fairly certain, from the unnamed descriptions of others indicted, that also charged are Jeffrey Clark, Sydney Powell, John Eastman, and maybe Giuliani, too.
The chyron on MSNBC says TFG will be arraigned on Thursday.
Ayman Moehledin is saying the indictment is “multi-state”. And Ari Melber just described it as a “screaming indictment.”
Jack Smith will be delivering a statement any minute now — tune to MSNBC to watch…
