Why I will not be able to get a Missouri Real ID Driver’s License [1]

Not a rant, just want to show the problem in case it affects some of you folks.
Because my folks did not give me a middle name at birth, so my birth certificate only shows a first and last name. But when I got into my early teens, I needed a middle name. So I used my Dad’s first name. This includes my name for the Social Security Administration database.
Coincidentally, I used that name as my ‘confirmation name’ in the Catholic church rite of ‘Confirmation’, which occurred during grade school. A ‘confirmation name’ is a religious token name related to the rite.
All my ‘adult’ legal documents use that middle name. My passport has it, but it is expired so that is not accepted.
But, at least according to the research I’ve done, the mismatch of the birth name relative to the name on all my ‘adult’ documents prevents me from getting a real-ID license.
Here’s wording from Pennsylvania’s DMV site but it applies nationwide, they state:
If you use a confirmation name or another name as your middle name that is not reflected on your proof of identity document (birth certificate or passport) and you do not have legal documentation – such as a court order – reflecting the name change, it will not be acceptable for REAL ID, per federal regulations.
