The following just showed up on the Physics Arxiv:

The compound has a simple synthesis, well described in the articles, consisting of lead, phosphorus, oxygen, and copper. The synthesized samples were large enough to run all of the necessary experiments for asserting superconductivity. There is a picture of a floating sample chunk over a magnet (Meissner effect).
If true replication should come quickly.
Note that commercial exploitation may be some time; this is not a easily formed metal.
