Hello Kossacks,

Seldom diarist and frequent commenter Bruce The Moose here reporting a cultural phenomenon in progress. Or what passes for one these days. Google “The Barbie Movie” now. Just do it. That’s a lot of money flowing around right there, might as well sit back and enjoy the show. Kinda like an Independence Day fireworks show when a city lights the parks and rec budget on fire.

I did just get home from seeing Barbie with the wife and 15yo daughter tonight. Good show, if a bit long and occasionally preachy. Mattel has laid down a marker, good on them. The right wingers are going to flip out, prepare accordingly.
