KEY UPDATE: Putin May Be Finally Captured [1]

Russian President Vladimir Putin may be finally captured. He plans to attend the upcoming August BRICS Conference in South Africa. If he does, South Africa must arrest him for kidnapping Ukrainian children.
The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant on March 23, 2023 for Putin and his Children’s Rights Commissioner, Maria Lvova-Belov, for the war crime of unlawful deportation and transfer of children during the Russo-Ukraine War.
As a signatory to the Rome Statue that created the ICC, South Africa is obligated to arrest Putin if he enters South Africa.
The BRICS Conference is scheduled for August 22 thru 24. (BRICS refers to Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.)
Unfortunately for Ukraine and much of the world, South Africa has asked him not to attend.
But Putin refused their request, and may yet still attend. www.themoscowtimes.com/…
From the perspective of South Africa, arresting Putin would result in international praise, but put them deep, deep in the Russian dog house, from whom they are receiving a substantial amount of aid. It would also lead to reprisals against South Africa, and most likely arrest of their diplomats and citizens in Russia.
More is likely to develop between now and the August meeting.
