GA Supreme Court rules against Trump's attempt to disqualify Willis' probe... [1]

In a ruling that will go a long way in making the ex-president’s legal troubles the source of many more sleepless nights, the Georgia Supreme Court unanimously rejected the petitioner’s frivolous attempt to end Fani Willis’s probe into Trump’s election interference. The ruling has opened the way for the Fulton County DA to convene two Grand Juries, expecting that she will request indictments on Trump and his associates who attempted to overturn the Georgis 2020 presidential election results.

The ruling ends a last gasp effort by Trump and his legal team to end the one legal battle that is immune from a presidential pardon. It is also a probe that may expose Trump and many of his closest aides to a RICO-like indictment that would break open similar cases in other venues that would widen the conspiracy and place the principals in greater legal jeopardy.
