Velshi is REALLY concerned about Trump's Turning Point speech last night...anyone else? [1]

My husband was watching the first hour of Velshi this morning before I joined him. He mentioned the story about Trump’s speech at the Turning Point conference last night and how Trump let his authoritarian “freak flag” fly high and proud. The crowd LOVED it! He didn’t want to go back and revisit it, so I looked up both the Velshi segment AND the speech itself.
I get why he didn’t want to do it again...it was scary in SO many ways.
What baffles me is that there does not seem to be very much reporting on this. I know the media “doesn’t want to give Trump unneeded publicity (yeah, right...), but he apparently went full authoritarian about “destroying his/their enemies” here. None of my news feeds had reported this. Has anyone else seen this and is as concerned as I am?
Seems like we really need to “close ranks” and work hard towards re-electing Biden.
