So let me guess… the Internet and design worlds have now joined the audio world where, yep, a whole shitload of your money, in hardware and software, have been rendered worthless by corporate Nazis. While the Democratic Party leadership in Washington, D.C. might skew 365 years old, perhaps this old website (i.e. dailykosbot) might still appreciate that user ramajamer “likes to eat real bananas” — which in my book is awesome, as long as you’re not also a homophobe ranting about gay Hollywood. Sigh… recognizing that “ramajamer” is probably some user located in India, the Internet seems to basically just write rightwing nonsense on its own. I pretty much expect to wake up tomorrow to the news that Daily Kos and the Internet itself have been bought by Elon Muscovite and his Posse of Nefarious Billionaires™ (sorry suckas, I’ve already trademarked this band name — and anyway, I can pretty much guarantee, as with all music made since I reached my 40’s, they SUCK). Nevertheless, 3/4s of the users of said Daily Kos as well as the entirety of journalism, politics and the elite intelligentsia will continue to utilize said social network and information superhighway (not to mention listening to said horrible band) while ranting about its conservative ownership, while it is, after all, only “a system of tubes.” Which is probably as good an argument as any for the ending of humanity through the neutering of human intelligence rendered through its eventual conservative ownership.
Apparently this “Sound of Freedom” item has eclipsed “The Sound of Music” as the greatest Conservative Epic Ever Created Not By The Hollywood Gay Jew Elite So Perhaps We Should All Bow Down to The Mighty Not So Gay (But Actually SO SO GAY) Marble Whiskers of Charleton’s Chesthairs. Or whatever.
