Hunter Biden's IRS "Whistleblower" Accuser Is Still A Big Fat Liar: Part 2 [1]

As noted earlier here, there were multiple giveaways that Hunter Biden’s IRS accuser isn't a "whistleblower” at all. He's just a big fat liar. He amplifies other liars, such as Tony Bobulinski, who falsify email fragments in order to fabricate phony evidence out of thin air. One giveaway was Shapely's focus was entirely disconnected from his job, which is ascertain taxable income and tax liability. Instead, he was obsessed with ambushing Biden contacts get them to blurt out some story of imaginary corruption.

Now the Trump-appointed U.S. Attorney tasked with investigating Hunter Biden, David Weiss, confirmed in writing that Shapely’s most inflammatory allegation, about Attorney General Merrick Garland, was another big fat lie. Shapely made his accusation by way of two-part hearsay. Shapely says he heard from David Weiss that he was unable to proscute Hunter Biden in any District outside of Delaware, even though Hunter Biden’s offenses would need to be litigated in other parts of the country, where they occurred. Shapely’s claim, concerning what he heard from Weiss, was contrived to refute the testimony of Attorney General Garland, who said that Weiss had unfettered discretion to pursue the law as he saw fit.

Now Weiss submitted a letter to Sen. Lindsey Graham confirming that Shapely's story about Weiss was a big fat lie. Weiss confirmed that he had the authority to file charges anywhere in the country.

So Shapely’s lawyers doubled down, with a word salad of bogus insinuations. They wrote:

U.S. Attorney David Weiss's story continues to change. As a practical matter, it makes no difference whether Weiss requested special counsel or special attorney authority. Under no circumstances should "the process" have included the political appointees of the subject's father, because Congress and the public had been assured it would not, but it did.

The bigger context of the Emperor’s New Clothes phenomenon known as the Hunter Biden scandal is that it’s a collective effort to discredit the Justice Department, which is likely to announce more indictments against Republicans.
