News flash! Dateline Washington D.C. Marge Traitor Greene has been ejected from the House Republican Free Dumb caucus! Tossed out like an empty beer can on the lonely road of life. Shunned like an Amish girl in a Bikini. But like guppies, it isn’t unusual for the Republicans to eat their own young. But what does make this story interesting is the reason for her ejection.
Marge Traitor Greene has made her brand in Washington as the loose rattling bolt or the squeaking wheel. Whether it was repeating the latest Reich wing conspiracy theory or blaming forest fires on Jewish space lasers. Marge could be counted on. Never a dull moment Margie! Like a drunken uncle, Margie has a pet conspiracy theory about everything. Attacking the LBGTQ community or Joe Biden, Marge was the circus come to town.
Which makes the reason for her termination that much more shocking. Marge just isn’t extreme enough for the Free Dumb caucus anymore. She’s been declared an apple polisher and a teacher’s pet. She sides with the speaker Kevin McCarthy much too much. You know the type, “I’ll take the names for you teacher, of anyone who talks while you’re out of the room.”
The Free Dumb caucus has come here to Washington to pursue liberty by causing chaos and disfunction. They’ve come to tear down our institutions and not to praise them. And Marge has grown much too close to the speaker Kevin McCarthy and even votes him sometimes.
When Joe Biden makes his State of the Union Address no one boos, or cat calls any louder than Margie. As dependable as old faithful, Marge Traitor Greene could always be counted on for easy copy. But apparently, Margie has been corrupted by the trappings of power. So, they say, I remember the day Margie was temporally given the speaker’s gavel in the house. From a Sex Pistol to Celin Dion in a single afternoon.
Ah, the sweet seduction of power. From they’re whispering behind my back to you better whisper! Get out of my way peons, Marge is here! But the actual reasons for her ejection are far more middle school than it appears.
Margie is taking up all the oxygen in the room and doesn’t play well with others and doesn’t share her toys. She famously has gotten in a verbal altercation with Lauren (low rent) Boebert on the house floor calling Boebert a “little bitch.” This wasn’t their first altercation, and nobody has accused Marge of being incorrect only indiscrete.
“I wanted to offer my pointless articles of impeachment against Joe Biden first and she copied off of me!” Ladies, ladies take it out in the parking lot! And well, the speaker supported you know who. Marge will no longer be able to sit at the Free Dumb caucus table in the lunchroom.
It gives insight inside the House Republican Congress. Explaining why it took umpteen ballots to elect Kevin McCarthy speaker. The Free Dumb caucus didn’t want anyone elected speaker. Whoever or whatever it is, they are against it. Marge voted for the budget deal to avoid a government shutdown. The worst type, a heretic in front of the cameras, and a proselytite behind it. Cooperation is akin to treachery. Two years ago, the Republicans decried the calls to defund the police. Today, the Free Dumb caucus wants to defund the FBI and the Justice Department.
All the other Free Dumb caucus members have been shunted into the shadows. Poor Matt Gaetz used to be able to get some attention with his drug use and prostitute stories, until Margie came to town. There is just much too much being accomplished, and the Free Dumb caucus wants it to stop. Today it’s Marge, but tomorrow it’s Kevin McCarthy. This was his warning too, his shot across the bow, you’re next Kevin.
Meanwhile over in Propagandaville, things aren’t going well for the once and former Tucker Carlson. His audience reduced from millions to thousands, I saw him in a TV commercial the other day. Ouch, how the mighty have fallen. Hi, you may remember me from when I was somebody. “This is Wilfred Brimley for Polydent.” No, no, no I don’t want to sit on the bench with Bill O’Reilly or Glen Beck! I’m not like them! I’m a star! I am a really, really big, big star!
Marge Traitor Greene has jumped the shark and illustrated just how dysfunctional the Republican controlled House has become. The Jimmy Jordan stunt cycle hearings have been a failure. Nothing seems to be working, and somebody must be delegated as responsible. And so, the knives come out.
A public eruption of inside Republican baseball stripped naked and made public. And what is the worst charge the Free Dumb caucus can come up with? What is the worst accusation they hurl? Marge is far, far too accommodating with leadership.
Greene was dismissive of her ex-communication. Saying only, “In Congress, I serve Northwest Georgia first, and serve no group in Washington.” Not any more you don’t! What else could she say? “Take me back, take me back! I’m sorry, it won’t ever happen again!” No, this is the my way or the highway crowd that never apologizes for anything. So, the Kamikaze pilot can’t ask for landing instructions.
Lauren (low rent) Boebert is said to have voted against Greene’s expulsion. Saying, “Don’t shoot Ole Yeller!” But Boebert didn’t want to be seen as responsible for kicking Greene out. “Gee guys, I wish you’d reconsider.” Officially, Greene was found guilty of publicly disparaging another Republican member.
You can say anything you like about Joe Biden, anything, anything at all. But you can’t publicly say anything against a fellow Republican.
But consider, the public expulsion of Marge Traitor Greene is a public disparagement of a fellow Republican member. It could have been handled quietly. But what fun would that be? This is cult behavior. When the crops fail, or the leader’s five-year plan goes awry someone must be held accountable. And that someone is usually the loudest squeaking wheel or the most blatant social climber. And so, the House Republican Free Dumb caucus condemn Greene and expels her for the same crime they themselves publicly comit.
