President Biden’s tax on the rich proposal
targets some of the wealth billionaires have at their disposal.
But Republicans oppose it and have put up a fuss
while the tax burden’s carried by all the rest of us.
Musk, the richest person on earth
in the last 6 months added $96 billion to his net worth.
Mark Zuckerberg came in ja little below that amount
with $59 billion at the last count.
Their wealth grows, and it grows hour by hour
(and wealth as you know, translates into power).
the wealth is passed on, almost tax free
while most of the tax burden’s on folks like us. Yup, you and me.
It’s all done out in the open, not done by stealth
this dynastic transfer of such incredible wealth.
Biden proposes a tax increase addressing this unfair situation.
Don’t those billionaires have some societal obligation?
Write to your Senators and Congressional reps asking them to support the Biden tax proposals.
