Isn't He Obstructing Justice Again? [1]

So MSNBC published a story today that claims “Donald Trump’s lawyers sent a strange, 10-page letter to the House Intelligence Committee, insisting that a “legislative solution” is “required” to prevent special counsel Jack Smith from continuing his investigation into the former president’s classified documents scandal.”

So tfg is asking congress to pass legislation that prevents a federal prosecutor from investigating crimes he has allegedly committed. Anyone here think this isn’t obstruction of justice? If you don’t please explain this to this layman (IANAL).

Another rhetorical question: how can one man commit obstruction so many times in plain site, and has yet to be charged for a single incident? Mueller thought he should be (10 times at least). He has been threatening DA’s and their families (e.g. DA Bragg) — looks like obstruction to me. Likely threatened Michael Cohen. And so many I can’t remember them!
