But it doesn’t matter that the whole court case was based on a lie. The law is after all, whatever the court says it is anyway. The court case ruled on by the hired hands of the Extreme court of the poor put upon evangelical Christian web designer. Which it turns out to be was a fraud that never happened. There never was a request to create a same-sex wedding website. The case was a fraud. One of these headline grabbing church supported legal cases financed by those not named.
That’s the reason pencils have erasers, so after the fraud is committed it can be erased and quickly rewritten to try and look legitimate. It’s okay, it’s okay. The court calls that a re-enforcement challenge. Even though the case never happened, it was right and proper for justices on the court to set a precedent based on an event that never occurred, because it could have occurred.
The web designer argued her free speech and free association rights were chilled by a Colorado anti-discrimination law. You see, the boy who cried wolf was completely within his rights to claim wolves were attacking him when in fact there were no wolves. The boy is to be commended for bringing to the public’s attention the grave dangers of imaginary wolves. Any anti-wolf laws set down would be proper and legitimate because, there could have been wolves. And at some point, the wolves might have attacked the boy.
Or the boy might have only thought there were wolves. The boy is under no obligation to prove that there were really any wolves about. The extremity of the ruling makes the extremity of the case shine brightly. We want to strike down an anti-discrimination law. Fill a legal brief with a lie and bunch of bull crap and we will drive a spike in its heart. It doesn’t have to make sense we just need some bullshit to tie this too. Nobody ever reads those things anyway.
Under the phony case of Dracula vs. the New York Blood bank, the court finds the New York law unfairly restricts blood dispersions to hospitals and medical facilities and unfairly discriminates against Vampires. In the case of Wylie E. Coyote vs. the State of Arizona, the court finds Mr. Coyote was within his rights to paint phony caves entrances on mountain sides and change road signs adjacent to a public highway . As it is a part of Mr. Coyotes ritual Road Runner hunting practices that could have happened.
What it means is what it means. The court can rule any way they want to rule, and facts need not be presented to support the case. Just make it up! If it turns out the case is built on fabrications that isn’t necessarily a negative. There might have been ghosts specters or boogey men and though the ghosts are unable to testify in court their rights still need to be protected.
Leprechauns can sue Lucky Charms for back royalties. You can sue the dark for frightening you. You can sue the local casino because Satan unfairly dealt you losing cards. It wasn’t fair because the devil knew those were losing cards ahead of time, and so you were defrauded. I’m in the process of bringing my law suit against Lottery Commission. I’ve been defrauded out of hundreds of millions of dollars because the state unfairly used probability against me. I picked the right numbers. It was the state that picked the wrong ones.
It is a pre-enforcement challenge. I’m being discriminated against by the arbitrary assignment and acceptance of the state’s lottery numbers over mine. I maintain that my numbers could be correct. Somewhere, maybe in another dimension someplace. But it is wrong for the state to deny my winnings, because my numbers could be correct.
The state incorrectly argues the number five is always the number five. There is no proof of that. The number five might actually be the number six or the number twenty-seven in another dimension. The state discriminates by limiting the lottery numbers to this dimension with no mention of such in the lottery rules. I maintain I’m from another alternate dimension. So, write me my damn check. In my dimension, I won!
But when you based law on the fictitious that’s what you get. Striking down a law on something that could have happened. Building a castle in the air. I think I’ll sue the Catholic Church for millions of dollars. I could have been molested by a priest. I don’t remember it happening, but it could have happened. I was a little kid you and you can’t expect a little kid to remember everything. That Priest might have been a child molester, and he could have violated my rights and committed a crime. Who can be so sure? He could have done it!
The court basing law on something that could happen. A same-sex couple could want a website. A same sex-couple might want a website sometime. And if on the off chance that they called I would be perfectly within my rights to refuse them service.
Under the Extreme court ruling I will sue the Christian Church. For generations they have denied my ancestors eternal salvation and peace. Under a set of discriminatory and arbitrary rules which define church membership. My free speech and free association rights are being denied. I don’t have to believe in Jesus to belong to your church. I want my holy communion, and I want it now!
How dare the church deny me eternal salvation and sentence me to damnation in an eternal lake of fire. These malicious fabrications have caused me a great deal of anxiety. At least a couple million dollars’ worth.
The Christian church has no proof to any of their lore found in a mutilated manuscript of questionable origin. I could still be saved. Therefore, they are discriminating against me. I have a first Amendment right not to believe in the church and still maintain church membership. The church sentencing me to eternal damnation is out and out discrimination. I’ve been unfairly profiled by the church.
Jesus told me personally that I could do whatever I wanted to do because God is love. But the church arbitrarily and capriciously threatens my eternal rest. I demand my immediate salvation be granted along with monetary compensation and legal fees. I won’t tolerate this outright discrimination any longer.
When you make up the law up as you go, there could be some serious repercussions.
“The so-called Christian nations are the most enlightened and progressive ... but in spite of their religion, not because of it. The Church has opposed every innovation and discovery from the day of Galileo down to our own time, when the use of anesthetic in childbirth was regarded as a sin because it avoided the biblical curse pronounced against Eve. And every step in astronomy and geology ever taken has been opposed by bigotry and superstition. The Greeks surpassed us in artistic culture and in architecture five hundred years before Christian religion was born.” – Mark Twain
