Supreme Leader Roberts was so busy with his white Christian nationalism when he was banning affirmative action in universities that he forgot about pronouns. Notice his wording: “how race affected his or her life, be it through discrimination, inspiration, or otherwise. A benefit to a student who overcame racial discrimination, for example, must be tied to that student’s courage and determination. Or a benefit to a student whose heritage or culture motivated him or her to assume a leadership role or attain a particular goal.”

Notice how specific Grift-meister Roberts is in his pronouns; how he calls out people who use he/him/she/her but not people who use they/them?

Looks like a loophole to me!
