Those other guys had a slave-owning ancestor way back and Trump didn’t, which naturally means black people should vote for him. But then again he repeats this bizarre factoid.

Trump is a direct descendent of a draft dodger. His grandfather tried to return to Germany in 1901. Soon after the family arrived, Bavarian authorities determined that that drumpf/Trump had emigrated from Germany to avoid his military-service obligations, and he was classified as a draft dodger. The Donald received draft deferments until he graduated college, whereupon he ‘received’ a medical deferment.
