More Twitter? Really? [1]

Ok, I read the KOS front page every day for my news and have now for many years. I usually don’t complain as the opinions are well written and they mostly agree with my ideals. But today I can’t take it anymore.

Please just STOP reposting twitter feeds. If I wanted to see what was written on Twitter, I’d just go there and seek out want I was interested in. Instead, I end up viewing tons of tweets daily with added comments being called a story or diary here.

NEWS I want with centrest, progressive and left leaning opinions, not re-tweets of others comments with added explanations or commentary. Just stop it already! Add a link to your post if more references to YOUR story is required.

It's just gotten WAY out of hand IMO and frankly I stopped wanting anything to do with twitter when Musk took it over. Unfortunately it seems by its popularity here that it’s still the world's favorite town square soap box…. sad!
