Update: (observation really): If I was going to attack Moscow and my forces were nearing but encountering resistance, I might lie about turning them around. I wonder what Ukraine is making of all this?

* Belarus has brokered an agreement with Prigoizin

* Prigoizin has announced he is turning his troops around

According to Dimitri of War Translated, some Wagner troops "are very unhappy about this".
