WHY? (A climate change thread) [1]

This is a “flounce” as I call it. An emotional outburst in response to a post from another member. This person has attacked me, claiming I am denying the seriousness of the climate crisis because I post about actions that individuals can take to make their lives, and the lives of their families and friends and communities better in the face of climate change.
I don’t understand why this poster is attacking me and my posts. I don’t know why they want me to stop posting. I probably won’t stop posting, but I want all of you who have supported me to know how important to me you have been and how much you mean to me. I am heartbroken. I know it’s silly to be heartbroken by one detractor, but there it is. I’m not the most durable person on the internet. I’m not used to this kind of behavior on this site, which is usually supportive and not shitty.
