One guilty plea bargain (found by Durham) does not constitute a Deep State conspiracy in the FBI against Trump as he likes to pretend. The Durham Report is a big nothing burger because the FBI, like other agencies, is riddled with both pro and anti Trumpers. FBI Whistleblowers Admit Taking Money From Ex-Trump Official

We all heard Trump publicly ask Russia to help him by finding emails to use against Clinton (to distract the issue anytime some scandalous thing came out against him), and influence the 2016 election. Trump urges Russia to hack Clinton's email And then Russia attempted just that. Russians tried to hack Clinton server on day Trump urged email search

And he thinks we're all gullible enough (like his followers are) to think this is not collusion just because he came right out in public. and asked Russia for the collusion. This is the narcissistic ploy of attempting to gaslight us all with a magical wave of the hand to dispel the idea that the collusion we saw with our own eyes and heard with our own ears never happened just because he now claims it was a joke.

Instead of there being some Deep State conspiracy, Trump is being investigated because there are indications that HE is the one in the middle of a conspiracy. A conspiracy to obstruct the return of government documents that the Presidential Records Act DOES NOT give him the right to keep. Only personal documents may be retained under the PRA, and records that are still or were previously classified as Top Secret ARE NOT nor could they ever be reasonably considered to be "personal." They are government records and belong to the US gov. not to him. AND he’s also at the center of a conspiracy to overturn the results of an election by having what his people called in their own emails "fake electors." Lawyer Called Electors ‘Fake’ in Email to Trump Campaign Official: Report

Trump has proudly stated that he loves the poorly educated (Donald Trump: I Love The Poorly Educated) and it is because he knows they are gullible enough to buy into anything he says. So he keeps repeating "the Presidential Records Act" as though it says he can magically make government records into personal records so he can keep them, when it actually says anything not a personal record belongs to the government NOT to a former president. And he counts on his "poorly educated" base not looking any further into that subject and instead just taking his word for it that the the Presidential Records Act supports him taking TS docs when it really says the exact opposite.

When the "fake elector" charges come out he will also loudly proclaim is is all part of some Deep State conspiracy against him. But too many of those very same "fake electors" have now flipped on him to avoid the fact that Trump was also in the center of his own conspiracy to defraud the government and the voters by replacing the certified electors with his own people who'd agreed to be "fake electors" (as some of them are on record as having referred to themselves in their own emails).

“The Times highlighted one email, for example, from Jack Wilenchik, a lawyer who helped organize the bogus electors in Arizona. “We would just be sending in ‘fake’ electoral votes to Pence so that ‘someone’ in Congress can make an objection when they start counting votes, and start arguing that the ‘fake’ votes should be counted,” Wilenchik wrote on Dec. 8, 2020, in an email to Boris Epshteyn, a strategic adviser for the Trump campaign.” Disclosed emails: Team Trump conceded fake electors were ‘fake’
