New Grammy Category: I had to laugh at this: [1]

Grammy Awards Add Three New Categories, Including Best African Performance
Apparently, the Grammys have decided to give the little-known country [sic] of Africa its own music category, well, I’ll be gobsmacked, it took them this long.
In theory, although many will argue otherwise, most of the Grammy’s is based upon African music, without it the Grammy’s would probably have a whisky jar-blowing category.
The music map of the continent is as rich and diverse as any in the world. Hopefully, this is a sign of the future and the Grammys will build upon this start.
Anyhow, one of my favorite singer/guitarist’s now living in France to avoid a forced marriage, Malian Fatoumata Diawara
Snark aside, I’m glad progress is being made.
Otherwise, you can boogie on down to my local grooves.
No that's a real tune, especially at the end of a night out.
