John in Ghana- Surgery Tomorrow [1]

Just a very brief update for those who have been following.

John is my friend in Ghana who works unceasingly for the poorest and most desperate who come to him in need. I have been writing stories here recording his efforts and the personal suffering he has been going through as he strives to help others.

John has been passing a great deal of blood and the doctors have told him that he may literally drop dead from loss of blood at any time if he didn’t have surgery. But we simply didn’t have the money to have it done.

Today I was finally able to send the funds to John and he will have surgery at 9 AM tomorrow morning.

Any prayers, healing meditations, and good thoughts would be much appreciated in this very difficult time.
