Once again, I have the honor of hosting Top Comments on another arraignment night. It is really disappointing cameras were not allowed in the courtroom. It's a disservice to not allow the American people to see the proceedings. Also, it is completely ridiculous that TFG is afforded amenities no other defendant would enjoy like not having a mug shot taken or being allowed to basically walk away from the courthouse with no conditions on his release.

Now we will find out whether corrupt judge Cannon will do whatever she can to give Trump the best chance to skate on these charges, or she somehow refuses and passes the trial off to someone. I did find Elie Mystal's comment last night on "All In" interesting. He said it might be better to have her as the judge as she will already be under intense scrutiny and may feel constricted in her rulings whereas another Trump judge (should they get the case) may not.
