Stop Cherry Picking [1]

I’m sickened by republicans who use Christianity to justify their hatred of the LGBTQ community. I thought Jesus wanted us to love one another. The thought of conservatives cherry picking the Bible for scripture that fits into their model of how society should behave is just wrong. I’m not exactly sure what Jesus would do, but I know he wouldn’t castigate a group of people because of who they sleep with. Then, they want to blame “woke” on Americans leaving the church in record numbers. Really???
