Then, on the rest of the menu, a federal judge ruled the Oregon youths’ climate lawsuit against the US government can proceed to trial; New Mexico sued manufacturers of ‘forever chemicals;’ and, thirty-two Mississippi school districts are still under federal desegregation orders.

After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where Australia hiked its minimum wage as living costs surge; and, the US retaliated against Russia’s suspension of the New START treaty by revoking the visas of its nuclear inspectors.
